24hrs Customer Satisfaction Policy to make every customer's shopping experience delightful at all times.
If for any reason(s) stated below, our customer must contact our
Customer Service Department for refund or exchange.
1. Size / Fitting is incorrect.
2. Color does not match the product image.
3. Manufacturing defect in product.
4. Product is not satisfactory, as per product description.
How does it work?1. Customer is entitled to full refund/store credit/exchange, if they inform us within 24 hrs from date & time of product delivery, about their intention to return/exchange the product for any reason(s) stated above.
2. If the customer informs us after 24 hours and no later than 3 working days after the date of product delivery, customer is entitled to refund/store credit upto 80% of the invoice value (20% re-stocking fee shall apply).
3. No refund/store credit/exchange will be entertained after 3 working days from the date of product delivery.
Instructions:1. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. Our customer service representative will provide you the product dispatching instructions.
2. It is the responsibility of the customer to send back the product safely in the same condition as received. We will not be able to assist you, if the product is damaged or lost during transit or did not get delivered to us for any reason. So make sure you send it through a reliable courier agency only and keep us updated about its tracking details, till it reaches us.
3. No refund/store credit/exchange will be entertained if Fusion Shoppe Customer Service Department was not informed prior to shipping the product for return/exchange. So, kindly DO NOT ship the product back without consulting and verifying with us.
4. Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.
5. On affirmation by our customer service representative the product must be mailed to the provided address (Michigan).
6. Product must reach us within five working days with original packing and in original condition as delivered - no worn, washed, ironed, used or altered items, only after confirmation from our customer service representative. We will not be able to process any return orders (for refund) with delay in delivery (exception of natural calamities).
7. Please write 'Defective Returns - Not For Sale' on top of the returning product package.
8. All credits to be posted to a customer's credit card account takes about 5-7 business days to be processed. The corresponding bank of the customers may take about 3 business days to actually post these to the customer's accounts from the date we processed the credits. Customers can check these credits in their next credit card statement.
