No, customer registration is not mandatory. FusionShoppe.com will not ask you for registering during the checkout process. However, registering with us will enable you to avail features such as:

We update the "
Exhibition" section of the site with the latest tradeshows and exhibition related information. The location, booth #, date and time of the current year exhibitons in which FusionShoppe, Inc intends to participate will be provided. You can also view information of our past exihibitions under this section.

Where are the products shipped from?
Products are packaged and shipped by our merchants from their location in India directly to the customer's shipping address provided on the order.
Fusion Shoppe, Inc does not undertake any shipping or handling procedure. The
shipping duration is specified on the product details page and varies based on the merchant, product type and time of the year. The shipping duration should be calculated
from the time of the realization of payment. Please expect 4-5 days of delay during the festival season.

What happens if my shipment is lost or stolen?
It is unlikely that your package is lost or stolen as it would be sent via ceritfied courier company. If Fusion Shoppe Inc, after deliberation with our merchants and
courier company determines that the claim is genuine, it send you the same product (subject to availability) at no cost or provide with a credit of an equivalent amont.
But if the postal service delivers the package to the wrong address or you have moved of changed your address without notifying us in advance, we can do nothing to
recover your package.
What the different ways I can place order?
You can place your order online at www.FusionShoppe.com using a credit/debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept
personal cheques. You can also order by phone by calling 1-864-634-5944. Our customer service representative will be able to help you to place your order.

How can I place a bulk order? Would I get any further discount?
You can place an order of multiple quantity online on www.FusionShoppe.com or seek help of our customer service representative by calling 1-864-634-5944. Yes, bulk order do get special preference in pricing. However, the discounts and bulk order pricing varies from product to product and quantity. These prices are strictly decided by our merchants. The order will be accepted based on availibility of the product(s).

Can I send some personalized message with the gift?
Yes, you can send your personalized message/greetings along with your gifts. Just type in your message in the message box in the order form. Your message will be
printed and sent along with the gift, at no extra cost.
Is there any kind of Custom Tax/VAT/Import Duty on the products I order?
All Michigan residents will be charged with 6% (subject to change by government laws) sales tax as per the state regulation. There are no sales tax to be applied for all other customers. There are no other
additional Custom Tax, VAT, Import Duty charges to be borne by the customer.
The price displayed on the order confirmation page will the charge that will be applied to you credit/debit card.

If a particular size for a product is not available, please contact the customer service and we will try to make it available for you. However, it might take a slightly longer shipping duration than usual and
an additonal charge may be associated with it.
What if, I don't like the product after delivery? Can I get refund/exchange?
If you don't like the product after delivery, please feel free to inform our customer service department at
CustomerSupport@FusionShoppe.com about your intentions of returning the product. Thereafter follow our product return procedure, provide on the product detail page. Please accept 10-12 working days for providing you credit.
